HEAT has been making ammonia evaporators and mixers for many years.

Evaporation usually by:

• steam
• condensate
• electricity
• hot flue gas
• or direct injection by lance.

HEAT's own steam-heated evaporators for ammonia water have several superior features:

• ammonia gas phase overheating
• compact design
• no water hammer due to high-level heat transfer
• no thermal expansion joints necessary
• easy access to the heat exchanger surface, which facilitates inspection and cleaning of ammonia deposits
