Evaporation and mixture
HEAT has been making ammonia evaporators and mixers for many years.
Evaporation usually by:
- steam
- condensate
- electricity
- hot flue gas
- or direct injection by lance.
HEAT's own steam-heated evaporators for ammonia water have several superior features:
- ammonia gas phase overheating
- compact design
- no water hammer due to high-level heat transfer
- no thermal expansion joints necessary
- easy access to the heat exchanger surface, which facilitates inspection and cleaning of ammonia deposits
